Clients work directly with senior expertise throughout the engagement. Where additional capabilities are required, we work with a selected network of experienced specialists.
This allows us to remain flexible, senior-led and focused on the client’s needs rather than on the staffing model of a large consultancy.
Consulting and capability development together
Many project-performance problems cannot be solved through consulting alone.
A new PMO operating model will not succeed if people lack the capabilities to operate it. Training will have limited impact if governance, roles or portfolio decisions remain fundamentally weak.
ROLF therefore combines consulting and capability development when the situation requires both.
An engagement may begin with a diagnostic, continue with organizational or process improvements and include workshops, training or coaching to embed the changes.
Led by Florian Ivan
ROLF is led by Florian Ivan, a senior consultant and trainer with extensive experience in project management, PMO transformation, organizational capability development, Agile and hybrid delivery, leadership and AI.
He has worked with corporate clients across Switzerland and Europe, designing and delivering consulting engagements, workshops and professional-development programs for project managers, PMO teams and senior leaders.
