Leading Project Teams to Success – virtual delivery

This course is targeted towards project managers who lead project teams. The course deals less with project management techniques but focuses on the leadership skills which a project manager needs to successfully manage a project. With the help of a variety of exercises and case studies, the project managers build up their leadership skills
and learn how to react in different situations.
